Why did Sonar rename its products?
We feel that unifying our current products under the SonarQube brand is a better representation of our offering. It has long been our vision to deliver the same product brand experience for our customers, regardless of whether or not they are using our self-managed or cloud solution. Following the release of our enterprise cloud offering this summer, we felt the timing was right to make the change.
When will I start seeing the new branding?
As of Oct 29, 2024, we will begin the transition to the new product names and logos across our marketing and social assets. Updates in our products will roll out in early December.
What does this mean for me as a customer?
You’ll notice updates to the product names, logos, and in-product branding, but should not be affected otherwise.
